Submission Guidelines

We seek high-quality fiction and nonfiction with enduring value. Please review the guidelines before submitting.

What we publish

Fiction Nonfiction
  • Fiction: literary, upmarket, select genre with strong voice.
  • Nonfiction: memoir, narrative, business, culture, ideas with clear expertise.
  • Not currently considering stage/screenplays.

What to submit

  • Query letter (1 page): pitch, audience, comps (3–5), word count.
  • Synopsis (1–2 pages): full arc and ending (NF: TOC + chapter summaries).
  • Sample: first 3 chapters or ~30–50 pages (NF: intro + strongest chapter).
  • Author bio: 100–150 words, relevant platform/credentials.

Formatting

  • DOCX, 12pt, double-spaced, 1″ margins; numbered pages.
  • File names like Lastname_Title_Sample.docx; include title/author/email on page 1.

How to submit

Click on Apply to be an Author and create your Author's account. You will receive an email to confirm the address, and then you can setup your login credentials and start the submission process.

We do not accept physical manuscripts, so, please refrain from mailing it in.

Response time

Typical response within 3–6 weeks, depending on the volume of submissions. If you haven’t heard back after 6 weeks, feel free to nudge.

Simultaneous submissions

Allowed. Please notify us promptly if your work is accepted elsewhere.
